Explore Our Communities

At our beautiful East and West Cobb campuses, you’ll enjoy a maintenance-free version of the life you know, one that includes modern amenities, new opportunities in senior living, and exciting new ways to gather with those you hold dear. Here, your sense of neighborhood will reside in a home inspired by family values and your sense of independence will feel as vast as the opportunities beyond your door.

Sterling Estates of West Cobb

Sterling Estates of West Cobb is conveniently located in the heart of West Cobb between Dallas Highway and Kennesaw View Drive, just west of Christ Lutheran Church and West Sandtown Road. A lovely neighborhood unto itself, Sterling Estates of West Cobb sits in the middle of a larger and beautiful residential community.

Less than a mile away is The Avenue, an open-air, pedestrian-friendly shopping mall with many high-end retailers. Only minutes away is historic Downtown Marietta. Its charming streets are delightful to walk along. You can pause at boutiques, antique shops, and enjoy Glover Park at the center of the square. It’s a great place to take the grandchildren when they visit. They won’t be able to resist the “train engine playground,” which is home to a famous train replica. Listening to live music while sitting in the gazebo is a favorite pastime. History buffs can visit the Marietta Museum of History on the second floor of the Kennesaw House near the Welcome Center.

Let’s not forget the many Marietta restaurants. If your taste runs to traditional American or southwestern cuisine, you’re covered. Those with more adventurous appetites will never be bored: you can choose from Asian, Colombian, Greek, French, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisine.

Sterling Estates of East Cobb

At Sterling Estates of East Cobb, you’re close to everything. Conveniently located in the heart of East Cobb on Lower Roswell Road, just west of Johnson Ferry, it’s near many neighborhoods, shopping centers, medical offices, and hospitals.

Attractions include Merchant’s Walk, a 367,000-square-foot open-air shopping center with retailers, restaurants, and a movie theater. Other large nearby shopping areas include The Avenue East Cobb, and Paper Mill Village, a collection of 33 buildings linked by over a mile of pedestrian walkways.

Many of our residents enjoy visiting East Cobb Park, one of the most-used parks in the Cobb County Parks system. It features grassy open areas, pavilions, walking trails, creek overlooks, outdoor classrooms, an outdoor stage, and a playground.

Another favorite destination for residents at both Sterling Estates in West Cobb and East Cobb, just minutes away from either, is the Cobb County Civic Center.  It’s home to Hudgins Hall and the Jennie T. Anderson Theatre. These venues feature collectors’ shows, sporting events, concerts, plays, recitals and a range of performing arts events.

Of course, everything that Atlanta has to offer is also nearby. Our home teams, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Braves, who are moving to Cobb County, count many of us as fans. There’s also The Atlanta Opera and The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra for those classically inclined.
