Our residents agree: We’re the best senior living in Greater Atlanta, GA.
Sterling Estates West Cobb is a wonderful place to live. I’ve been an independent resident since the first day it opened, and I have never been sorry for the decision to move here. There are always activities to participate in, a super staffed Wellness Center, excellent food, and the most caring staff I’ve ever seen. I have taken Sterling sponsored trips to Dollywood, Louisville, Charleston, and Savannah, and a myriad of trips to art museums, history museums, gardens, aquariums, train and boat rides, and a variety of other activities. We can participate in bocce games, shuffleboard, and pool exercises. The opportunities are there, and I am happy that I have them. I knew it was the place for me when I needed to move, and I am even more positive of that after the almost eight years I’ve lived here.
I would like to thank all of the staff who worked so hard to make this Christmas so wonderful for all of us. From the beautiful decorations to the wonderful resident Christmas party. You are all a blessing to me and I love you all and pray the years ahead will be blessed for each and everyone of you. The dicision for me to leave my home and make the dicision was difficult at first…….but it has turned in to a true blessing in my life !! Change does not come easily at my age, but with all of you on staff here to make me loved and welcome, is a true BLESSING to me. May each of you have a New Year filled with blessings from you and your families from our heavenly God and Father. With genuine love, appreciation, and Blessings,
I cannot let a truly memorial meal go uncommented. The meal at the Hampton tonight was truly superior! From the soup that was a perfect blend of cheese, beer, and potato, not salty, and the perfect consistency. Then the main special with a beautiful presentation on the plate, a thing of art! The perfect cooked chicken with the most dainty of tomato blended with creamy goat cheese that produced a unique taste experience. The orzo and zucchini were perfect accompaniments. Then finishing with delicate cream puffs topped with the perfect amount of chocolate and powdered sugar was too much. I felt that I had visited a Michelin-starred restaurant. Cudos to Rodney! I must confess upon reading the menu l never anticipated this at all/ congratulations!!

Sterling Estate Friends, In these uncertain times you are truly friends for which I am most thankful for. You are there daily for my mother and all other residents. I appreciate your informative helpful emails sent with care and love for all of your residents! I am so grateful for the wonderful staff you employ on Dallas Hwy. I know they are there to care for and love not just my mother but all the residents! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your selfless acts of love, care, and compassion. You share your time, help, and expertise whenever needed. If I can ever help I would be happy to. ( I’m sorry I don’t have the thermometers you need. I hope someone can help with that.) God bless you all and may you and your families stay safe and healthy❤️! With much love

Sterling Estates is an environment that provides activities to keep people involved both mentally and physically. Here you find yourself connected to a community of people who will care for one another and share concerns with those around them. I have found that the staff is friendly and very well trained. They provide for the needs of people regarding dietary, mobility, strength and enthusiasm. Here we see that Independent and Assisted Living are to be valued and enjoyed, not feared. We live side by side and appreciate each other just as we would our brothers and sisters. This is a community of people living together as a family. How do I know this? I LIVE HERE!
Leroy and I would like to thank Sterling Estates for helping to make Christmas for us this year. Our plans were for us and our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren to celebrate this year in Tennessee. As you know, I injured my back, making it hard to travel 3 hours in a car with the brace I have to wear. Our kids, made all the food and brought it here. We had a beautiful Christmas tree in the family room in the Stratford building. There were 22 of us, I might add not all could make it. Everyone enjoyed the Christmas village belonging to Hank and Barb. We moved here September 1st and enjoyed meeting all the people who reside here. Most of us cannot believe how friendly and helpful all the staff and owners are to us. We highly recommend this Senior Community place to anyone interested in making such a change in their lives.

If I can give more than 5 stars I will give this place a 10! I had worked in a couple of places here in Ga. Memory care and retirement home and this place are one of the best! Memory care in Sterling is hands down! The care they give to all the residents, every time they come out of their rooms they look good you can tell that the care partners are spending their time taking care of the residents, The Nurses are caring and has a strong ability to empathize with patients from all walks of life. The food is delicious and healthy, and they look so well prepared like they are eating in a 5-star restaurant from serving breakfast to dinner, they have choices to choose from which I like! This place is so clean and beautiful. So many activities for the residents, The director of memory care and her team are doing their best to take care of the residents. If you are looking for a place for mom! Don’t look anywhere else because this is the right place
I have lived at Sterling Estates for almost four years and have never regretted making such a good decision. My home is in a pretty cottage in a lovely, friendly little neighborhood. There are so many activities available to our residents! Among my personal favorites are book club, workouts in the large heated pool, knitting and crochet group, fun Friday trips to museums, wineries, gardens, markets etc. Season tickets to theatre performances and attendance at symphony performances are also high on my list. Dinner club takes us once a month to various good restaurants in the area, Meanwhile the super caring and talented staff here create monthly special festive events with themed decor, music and menus. We also have access to several mini vacations a year to places of interest. Most recently The Smoky Mountains. There are no dull moments here, only the quiet times of one’s choice.
