Servers – FULL AND PART-TIME

Location: 3165 Dallas Highway, Building 1000 Marietta, GA 30064

We are currently hiring Wait staff/Servers for our Assisted Dining Room as well as our Independent Sterling Grill & Hampton Club, our upscale on-site restaurants which provide high quality dining for our Independent residents. Must be professional and portray a positive image at all times through appearance, dress and attitude. Must possess a team player attitude and strive to motivate and work well with kitchen and dining staff. Exact schedules will be discussed during interviews. Must establish and enjoy good rapport with resident clientele. Successful candidate will have a compassionate nature, desire to work with the senior community and take ownership of their duties in order to make a pleasant and efficient dining experience for our wonderful residents.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to routinely lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to speak, read and understand the English language is required.

Position includes a competitive hourly wage.
