Resident Care Coordinator (LPN)
10-hour shift, 4 days a week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

As the Resident Care Coordinator at Sterling Estates, you will be responsible for leading the team of Care Partners (CNAs) to ensure our residents receive the care that Sterling Estates is known for. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing on Fridays and Mondays and be the LPN in charge on Saturdays and Sundays.
Must have strong supervisory experience leading a team and must be willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends. This position requires a strong knowledge of pharmacology, oral medication, and MARs as well as experience managing Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are required for interacting with residents, families, pharmacies, doctors, home health agencies, rehabs, and hospice providers. Must have strong organizational skills, capable of being on-call at all times, handling frequent interruptions, as well as confidence in his/her own physical and situational assessments.
