Sterling Estates of West Cobb Cottages

Community Celebrates Grand Opening

|

Sterling Estates of West Cobb celebrated its grand opening on Sept. 22. Current residents and staff held the ribbon-cutting that morning. Later that afternoon, more than 400 guests attended an open house reception which included live music and tours of the new 25-acre senior neighborhood.

Like its sister development, Sterling Estates of East Cobb, which opened in 2012, West Cobb is an independent and licensed assisted living community with independent living cottages, garden homes and apartments as well as a main residence with apartment suites that is licensed as an assisted living building. Sterling senior communities are built in classic neighborhood settings with walking paths, landscaped courtyards and parks, a variety of dining venues and wellness centers with indoor heated saltwater aerobic pools.
