Deana Harris

Executive Director
Deana has been employed at Sterling Estates since before the doors opened in August 2016. Her passion has always been helping people. She is a Registered Nurse and has been married for almost 40 years. She has 6 children, 5 grandchildren and 1 more on the way! Deana also shares her home with both our sweet community companion dogs, Simba and Sterling. Deana enjoys coming to work each day and feels blessed to lead such a wonderful team that truly makes such a positive impact on the resident’s lives.
