Resident Care Coordinator- LPN

Full-Time Position. Schedule is every Monday through Friday and some weekend coverage as needed.

As the Resident Care Coordinator of The Grande at Sterling Estates, you will be responsible for leading the team of Care Partners (CNAs) to ensure our residents receive the care that Sterling Estates is known for. The Grande at Sterling Estates, Memory Care, is teamed with the Center of Excellence and Dr. John Zeisel of the Hearthstone Institute who wrote the book, I’m Still Here.
