The principals of AGMG have a tremendous amount of experience in the Senior Living industry, totaling over 150 years collectively. Mike Brown
Chairman, Partner
Mr. Brown has been involved in the Senior Living industry for four decades. His various firms have actively owned, developed and/or managed over 100 communities in various senior housing sectors. Certain of his companies have also owned and operated in the home health segment as well as the rehabilitation technology space.
As Chairman, Mr. Brown provides the leadership and strategic direction for our various Senior Living entities. He believes he and his team have created in the Sterling Estates model a brand of senior living communities that are at the forefront of providing what today’s seniors are looking for in living accommodations and services that will enable them to live a stress-free and continued productive, fulfilling life.
Steve Sodel
Chief Executive Officer, Partner
Steve, as CEO of Sterling Estates, provides overall team guidance and direction for our Senior Living Communities. He has over 25 years’ experience in the Senior Living industry and has been involved in both the finance and capital-raising space as well as development and acquisitions sectors of the industry.
Over the many years Steve has been involved in Senior Living, his expertise has been in executing growth strategies and profit optimization for our companies in which he has been involved.
Bryan Sodel
Director of Finance and Construction, Partner
As Director of Finance, Bryan oversees all financial and assets management of the Sterling Estates entities, and along with the CEO, directs the banking/lender relationships with those entities and communities. As Director of Construction, Bryan oversees new developments, the construction process and overall facilities management once the communities are open.
Marshall Gill
Chief Operating Officer, Partner
As COO, Marshall is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Sterling Estates Senior Living Communities. He interacts and collaborates with his partners herein and supports and provides guidance to the Executive Directors and their staffs at the Sterling Estates communities, ensuring compliance with company operating policies and procedures.
With over 20 years of experience in the Senior Living industry, and specifically as an Executive Director of certain company communities, he had first-hand experience with day-to- day operations in our communities. His experience and understanding of residents, their family-member dynamics as well as employee roles and responsibilities is crucial to operating our communities at peak efficiencies while ensuring optimum services and care for our residents.
